29-inch wheel geometry. The flip chip must match rear wheel size. Ibis geometry table lists 436–442 mm chainstays; its quick-spec table differs, so this page uses the size-specific geometry table.

STOW storage

Fork compatibility

Designed around a 140 mm fork with 44 mm offset; Ibis permits 130–150 mm travel.

Rear shock

Use 210 × 52.5 mm. Coil shocks of this size are supported. Do not increase stroke: tyre clearance can be compromised and the frame warranty affected.

Rear wheel & flip chip

Both 29-inch and 27.5-inch rear wheels are supported. Set the flip chip to match the installed wheel; this build is supplied as a full 29er.

Tyres

Most 29 × 2.5 and 27.5 × 2.5 tyres fit. Check at least 8 mm frame clearance at the tightest point.

Chainrings

Round rings: 30–34T. Maximum recommended oval ring: 32T; verify clearance.

Bottle & storage

Small accepts a 22 oz bottle; larger sizes accept 26 oz with a suitable side-loading cage. The STOW tool bag takes a pump up to 184 mm long.

Brake mounting

180 mm rear post mount; maximum 220 mm rotor. For 203 mm use Shimano SM-MA-F203P/P; for 220 mm use SM-MA-F220P/PM.

Traction Tune

Ibis uses a lighter compression and rebound tune to help the rear wheel track repeated impacts.

Frame weight

Ibis lists 3.3 kg for an XM frame with Fox Float. Whole-bike weight depends on the final build and wheels.

Touch-up paint

Blue Hour: YS 2060-1 (M), accents PMS 10267 / PMS 552. Green Flash: custom green, accent PMS 10310. Confirm paint matching with Ibis.

Seatpost insertion (mm)

Do not force the post deeper than the frame limit. Check saddle-to-tyre clearance at full suspension compression.

Ibis publishes this chart for Revive v3. The current build lists Revive Max; verify its exact insertion and saddle-height requirements before changing dropper length.
