We do not charge any invoicing or service fees.

All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are per order and not per item.

Your goods are shipped with DHL and Postnord.

Alternatively, we can deliver with Budbe if your postcode and order size and weight qualify.

Please note that parcels must be collected from the service point within 14 days. Normal delivery time from when the shipment leaves us is 3-5 working days.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST FOR SHOPPING BASKETS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PRODUCTS?

Delivery costs for mixed product baskets (bicycles + small parts) are always calculated based on the bicycle ordered. So, if you order a bicycle or an electric bicycle, we will cover the delivery costs for the small parts you order, regardless of the amount. The order value for bicycles and electric bicycles is always calculated independently of the small parts ordered.
