When you buy a bike under 50,000 SEK, our Boutique MTB Start Package is included, which includes:

• Free inspection service (value 499 SEK)
• Personal bike setup
• Personal damper setup (when relevant)

Inspection service (within 6 months)

The inspection service is carried out within 6 months (best after the first few rides) of purchase and aims to triple check that the bike is correctly assembled, that nothing is getting loose, safe and in good condition after running-in. It includes, among other things:

• Checking wearing parts
• Re checking all screws torque setting as per manufacturers' specifications
• Checking tubeless tires seals
• Checking brakes function for any sign that they may need bleeding from the manufacturer.

Personal bike setup

We adapt dropper post hight, handlebars, brake and gear levers to your measurements and riding position, which makes a big difference to both comfort, control and performance.

Personal shock setup

We adjust the shocks and fork to your weight and riding style through external settings, without dismantling or modifying the components.

Extra

In addition to this, a 20% discount on your first regular service is also included, valid within 12 months of purchase.

Boutique MTB Pro Package

Bikes with a sales price over SEK 50,000 include our most comprehensive package – the Boutique MTB Pro Package. This package includes everything included in the Start Package, plus several additional benefits:

• Free inspection service (value 499 SEK)

• Personal fork and shock setup (including on trail setup session if requested)
• Free standard service (value 999 SEK)
• 50% discount on the first fork lower legs service (value up to SEK 999)
• An 1-2-1 MTB course with Stockholm Bike Skills (value up to 1,250 SEK)

Standard service (valid 12 months)

Includes:

• Overhaul of wearing parts
• Torque setting check of all screws
• Checking tire pressure and condition
• Checking of chain wear and lubrication
• Gear and brake adjustment 
• Basic safety and function check

Shock service discount

The discount on shock service applies to outer leg service for front shocks , which is recommended after approximately 50 hours of riding. It does not include full shock service.

MTB course

The MTB course is included because we know, after training hundreds of cyclists, that technical knowledge often provides greater development and riding pleasure than expensive component upgrades.
